Guilty on count one-conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction. not guilty on count two-use of a weapon of mass destruction and not guilty of destruction by explosion. The jury answered yes to two questions the crime resulted in death and death was forseeable . But jurors did not find Nichols guilty of first degree murder for the deaths of eight federal agents killed in the bombing.
