((Terry Nichol's attorney Michael Tigar had very little to say as he left the court house. For six days the jury deliberated the fate of his client Tuesday they reached a verdict.
Guilty on count one-conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction. not guilty on count two-use of a weapon of mass destruction and not guilty of destruction by explosion. The jury answered yes to two questions the crime resulted in death and death was forseeable . But jurors did not find Nichols guilty of first degree murder for the deaths of eight federal agents killed in the bombing. They instead ruled that he was guilty of involuntary manslaughter. the reaction of family members of bombing victims ranged from acceptance to outrage. A collision between a car and tractor trailer sent one man to the hospital earlier tonight.

Around 6:15, the driver of this pickup was headed north on Route 29 near Lynchburg when he collided with a flatbed trailer.
Rescue crews spent 20-minutes cutting the victim from the wreckage.
He was transported to Lynchburg General Hospital..his injuries are not believed to be life- threatening.
The man's identity hasn't been released.
State police say the driver of the flatbed may be charged with failing to yield the right of way.

In Salem, one man was injured in what is being considered an electrical fire this afternoon at a landmark.
Salem fire officials say the blaze broke out just after two at the old McVitty Carriage House.
Officials say it was hard to contain the fire, because it was trapped in a wall, making it difficult to locate the origin.
The fire gutted the second floor apartment in the 120-year old structure.
The injured man's condition is NOT being released.
