In other news from Denver, lawyers for Terry Nichols are back in court today trying to block last night's mixed verdict.
After deliberating for 41 hours, over six days the jury convicted Nichols of conspiracy and involuntary manslaughter in the Oklahoma City bombing.
Jurors are scheduled to return next Monday to begin deciding Nichols' sentence.

Brzonkala is the former Virginia Tech student who said she was raped by two former Tech football players.

In a 2-to-1 ruling, the appeals court panel stated, that Brzonkala does have the right to sue Virginia Tech under Title Nine, and the right to sue the players under the 19-94 Violence Against Women Act.
Former player Tony Morrison is now a student at Hampton University.
James Crawford is at Florida State.
The pair was never found guilty of any criminal violations in relation to Brzonkala's rape allegation.
