To put it all together, the Express is going to need some teamwork, but not

Another gap to fill is the General Manager's spot.
Paiement announced earlier this month his plans to resign at the end of this
season.
He says the club has a couple of resumes on the table, but also says there
has not been an intensive search for a new GM due to the holidays.
The front office has until April to complete that process.
Paiement says the Express is looking for someone who can help the team's
numbers continue to grow.

They argue pedestrains should come first.
