A neighbor told police Andrews got out of his car and hit Hale in the face right before the shots were fired.
Police found the gun in a trash can... The autopsy confirmed Andrews was shot twice in the chest.
But Andrews parents say there was no on-going dispute... They say Micheal, who graduated from High School last year, had just proposed to his girlfriend, was busy working two jobs and preparing for college. He had no time they say, to assault anyone.
