(( This is where it happened... Michael Andrews' body was found lying in the
driveway at 4242 Southern Hills Drive.
Why it happened, is less clear...
Andrews parents say he drove here after Juwan Hale called him.
A neighbor told police Andrews got out of his car and hit Hale in the face
right before the shots were fired.
Police found the gun in a trash can... The autopsy confirmed Andrews was
shot twice in the chest.
But Andrews parents say there was no on-going dispute... They say Micheal,
who graduated from High School last year, had just proposed to his girlfriend,
was busy working two jobs and preparing for college. He had no time they say,
to assault anyone.
At Patric Henry High School, where Andrews was an art student, teachers
were stunned by the news.

A one hundred page report released today calls Virginia tobacco farmers "an
at risk group" and bills itself as

thousand Virginians are directly or indirectly employed by the tobacco
industry.
Virginia is the nation's second largest tobacco manufacturer and the number
