The jury in the case deadlocked in the penalty phase so judge Richard

to death.

KILL PEOPLE BY TAKING PART IN THE BOMBING CONSPIRACY. THE JUDGE SAID HE'D MET
WITH NICHOLS AND THE LAWYERS AND THEY ALL AGREED THAT THE JUDGE SHOULD DECIDE
THE SENTENCE. EXECUTION IS NOW NO LONGER A POSSIBILITY, BUT LIFE IN PRISON IS.

witness, but the judge gave her a 30 day suspended term on each count.
