Fifteen- year- old Juwan Hale allegedly shot 20- year- old Michael Jermaine Andrews in the driveway of Hale's house Tuesday night.
The two are distant cousins. Andrews' parents say he got a call from Hale and drove to his house a few blocks away.
A neighbor told police Andrews hit Hale in the face before the shooting.
Andrews graduated from Patrick Henry High School last year... The head of the school's art department knew him well, and says Andrews was not the kind of person to seek out a violent confrontation.

Why it happened, is less clear... Andrews parents say he drove here after Juwan Hale called him.

Police found the gun in a trash can... The autopsy confirmed Andrews was shot twice in the chest.
