Republican Pat Muldoon announced this week he'll make a second try for Rick Boucher's seat in Congress.
But he's already way behind in the money race.

Spending reports filed with the Federal Election Commission show that Muldoon's cash balance was 15 dollars.
He also owed more than 5-thousand dollars from his unsuccessful 1996 campaign.
In the 1997-98 election cycle, Muldoon showed total receipts of two-thousand 50 dollars. All of that was a personal loan.
He had spent two-thousand 82 dollars.
Like most incumbents, Boucher has plenty of money to spend on his re-election bid.
More than 442-thousand dollars in the bank.
His spending reports for the 1997-98 cycle show that Boucher took in more than 81-thousand dollars, and spent just over 57-thousand.
