She says a teacher finally walked in and stopped the attack.
Judge Franklin Slaydon rejected the girl's rape claims.

into sexual relations.

Meanwhile a federal judge late last night refused to stop local electoral
boards from speeding up the certification of the three special elections for
House of Delegates seats.
Judge Robert Payne ruled that the process the local boards are planning
after today's elections does NOT violate the federal Voting Rights Act.
However, his decision could be moot after a Richmond Circuit Court judge
earlier yesterday ruled that the State Board of Elections can wait until Friday
to certify the election results.
The Commonwealth's Supreme Court will consider the issue today.

No matter who the unofficial winner is, it is still unclear whether the

The Virginia Supreme Court will consider the matter today.

Healthy donors of all types are needed.
The Appalachian Region Red Cross supplies blood to 44 hospitals and nine

least 110 pounds.
