Giles County supervisor Bobby Williams reportedly has attempted suicide
following an indictment on charges connected to illegally taped phone
conversations.
Sources tell News 7 the calls were reportedly linked an alleged affair
between Williams and Giles County realtor Kim Lavender Frazier.
The indictments have been sealed, so little information is available.

Yesterday when Williams failed to turn himself into the Giles County
Sheriff's departments authorities went to his home and found he had slashed one
or both his wrists.
Sheriff's officials say Williams is expected to make a full recovery.

and Herman Willie Dent.

Five people died today in a fire that swept through a Baltimore home this
morning.

A 20- year- old mother, her young children and her sister were victims of
the blaze.
At least four people escaped.
Fire officials are still investigating the cause, but neighbors say the
family was using kerosene heaters because the house didn't have electricity.
The home also did not have a smoke detector.
