firearm on school property.
School officials at Andrew Lewis Middle School allegedly confiscated a
loaded, caliber pistol from the 13 year old's backpack.
He was taken into custody and later released to his parents.
The administration is recommending the student be expelled-- he's currently
suspended for 10 days.

Roanoke Post Office.

Tawalbeh is one of half a dozen men accused of firebombing the apartment to
silence Thomas and his girlfriend, Barbara Hardy.

But, Spangler disagreed saying the 180-day window to prosecute someone
begins at the time of arrest-- which was November.
