Patrick County was the latest site for a Ku Klux Klan rally where protestors
donned hoods and marched through the town of Stuart.
They denounced African-Americans on a holiday celebrating civil rights.
About 15 Klan members chanted "white power" on the way to the courthouse --
holding swastika signs and encouraging people to join them.
The Sheriff says the Ku Klux Klan had permission to restrict traffic on Main
