that Randall Akers was living in a house right next to the playground.

Akers was convicted for videotaping teenage girls in the bathroom of his
Roanoke nightclub.
He also has a statutory rape conviction.
Police and school officials knew where he was living, but current law
doesn't allow them to tell parents.
