Several doctors singled out for not paying back their student loans say the
government is being unfair.

Yesterday, the Department of Health and Human Services published a list of
doctors it says defaulted on federally insured student loans.

been trying to work with the government.
Kilmer wouldn't talk on camera, but said he's been trying to make
arrangements to settle his 51 thousand dollar debt, but the government is
