The convict was found guilty in 1988 of killing his father, stepmother and two stepbrothers.

Yesterday, the Department of Health and Human Services published a list of doctors it says defaulted on federally insured student loans.

Roanoke Chiropractor David Kilmer is among several doctors who say they've been trying to work with the government.
Kilmer wouldn't talk on camera, but said he's been trying to make arrangements to settle his 51 thousand dollar debt, but the government is making unreasonable demands.
Other doctors say they've set up payment plans, but still ended up on the list.
