One week after a judge ordered the paperwork sealed, the indictment involving a Giles County supervisor has been released.
According to court documents-- Bobby Williams is charged with playing an illegally taped phone conversation in front of someone else.
Three others are also charged in connection with the alleged crime.

His last work day was June 30th, but it took until last night to nail down the exact dollar amount of his retirement package.
