In Richmond it's filing day.
Today is the deadline for filing bills at the 19-98 legislative session --
and the people who have to compose those bills spent much of the weekend
filling more than 35-hundred drafting requests from legislators.
One official says about 27-hundred bills could be tossed into the hopper by
the close of business today.
