A second school employee in Montgomery County now faces charges of having sex with a child.
34-year-old Michael Blevins was arrested Tuesday at Shawsville High School, charged with 15 counts of fornication and 30 counts of crimes against nature, including sodomy.
State police say the victim is 16 years old but she is NOT a student of Blevins.
The crimes allegedly occurred last summer in Smyth County, where Blevins taught high school in the 1980's.
He is currently a Montgomery County wrestling coach and math teacher but has been suspended WITH pay until trial.
State police say they plan to press similar charges against Blevins in other jurisdictions.

A resident of the Ridgeview Campground told authorities he saw a man in a blue shirt struggling and screaming for help in the middle of the river.
The man disappeared in the swift current made worse this week by runoff from recent storms.
Sheriff's deputies are checking the banks of the river for an abandoned car or boat trailer but haven't turned up any information about the man's identity or how he got into the water.
The swift current and rising river levels have complicated the search and kept divers out of the water.

Bedford County is starting to crack down on parents who haven't paid their child's 25- dollar school fee.
(----------------)
VO-NAT
SUPER=@file;

The school board last year approved the fee to plug a revenue gap in the annual budget.
The 25 dollars covers the cost of school materials such as chalk, paper and glue.
In December, superintendent John Kent estimated only 80 percent of the parents had paid their fees.
Schools continue to send notices home with students, urging the parents to pay up.. and threatening legal action if they don't.
Officials say most of the delinquencies occur in the county's poor, rural areas.
The school fee is "not" part of Dr. Kent's budget for the next school year.
The issue may come up for discussion at tonight's school board meeting.
