Authorities describe the bombs as extremely dangerous-- They were made of
plastic soda bottles and other chemicals.

Authorities say charges are pending against two Giles county juveniles and
one adult.
No one was hurt.

Informant Richard Chisholm says he threw a molotov cocktail through the
rear window of the store.
Defense attorneys scoffed at the notion that anyone could have tossed a

ground... with enough force to hit the opposite wall nearly ten feet away.
An A-T-F agent used the full-scale model to demonstrate how it could have
happened.

medicare payments to a Montgomery County nursing home.

Officials say deficiencies at Meadowbrook nursing home in Shawsville led to
the decision.
They're concerned about the quality of care residents are receiving.
About 70 of the nursing home's nearly 90 patients rely on medicaid or

Government workers were at the nursing home last week.
They say the facility's eligibility could be saved if the latest survey
results turn out favorably-- otherwise coverage will be terminated at the end
of the week.

He ran across two lanes of traffic and carjacked a minivan.
The man sped off and then forced the driver to get out while the van was

The man finally lost control of the van after he crashed into a center
divider.
He tried to escape on foot, but was quickly arrested.
The owner of the van was shaken but was otherwise O-K.

basketball team for winning the group A state basketball championship this past
season.
