WELL CHRIS IS GOING TO DO ALL THE COOKING, I'M JUST HERE TO SUPERVISE AND CLEAN UP, THAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS KITCHEN. OH, I'm not sure about that, I"m sure it's much more equally shared among the two of you. Chris tell me what you're going to make today, and where did you get the recipe? I GOT THIS RECIPE FROM CONNIE. WE'RE MAKING CONNIE'S REFRIDGERATOR CLEANER FAJITAS. YOU TAKE ESSENTIALLY EVERYTHING THAT YOU HAVEN'T USED YET, AND YOU HEAT IT UP. and it ends up pretty good. THE RECIPE IS ALWAYS CHANGING, HERE'S OUR LEFTOVERS FOR THE WEEK. The first thing we need to do is the chicken, but first you want to show us what? THE MARINADE IS MADE OUT OF I DON'T KNOW WHAT. IT'S GOT SOME VINEGAR, SOME OIL, SOME RED PEPPER, SOME TEXAS PETE, AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THAT YOU CAN'T DO WITHOUT IS THE JUICE OF HALF A LIME. IT'S REALLY A TOUGH PROCESS, I'VE HAD LOT'S OF PRACTICE. And the next thing we're going to do is get ready to saute the chicken. FIRST THINGS FIRST, I'M GOING TO START GRILLING THE CHICKEN, I'VE GOT SOME OLIVE OIL ALREADY IN THERE, START IT UP, WOW, THERE IT GOES, TAKE THE MYSTERY MARINADE, PUT IT ON TOP, HOPE THAT IT WORKS, AND THEN WE'VE GOT A CAN OF HANDYDANDY MEXICORN, THAT I'M GOING TO INLCUDE IN SOME BEANS THAT I'M HEATING UP OVER HERE. LOOK AT THAT, VERY COLORFUL. This is a multicolored dish. IT'S MULTICHROMATIC. Ah, very good, and we're going to let this cook for a while, and then add some vegetables. UNTIL IT'S BROWN, OR UNTIL THE SMOKE ALARM GOES OFF. ALL RIGHT, WE'VE TURNED OF THE SMOKE ALARM, AND WE'RE GOING TO ADD SOME RED AND GREEN PEPPPERS, AND SOME ONIONS, AND WE'RE GOING TO SAUTE THOSE. The cooking portion is over, now it's time for the preparation. WE ADDED EVERYTHING TO A WARM TORTILLA. AND I'M GOING TO DO THE FOLDING, WHICH IS THE CRUCIAL PART. I see you are folding over the ends, most people don't do that....EXACTLY, THAT'S MESSY. VERY GOOD. Now we need the expert to do the testing for us. NOW THE EXPERT IS GIVING US HER JUDGEMENT, CONNIE? OF COURSE IT TASTES GREAT, BUT I'M NOT A GOOD JUDGE,, BECAUSE I'LL EAT EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING. Right now, you are with baby, so you're eating for two, congratulations on that, Congratulations Chris-- and thanks for letting us come to your kitchen. WHAT BABY.))
