"Dolly" the cloned sheep has some new competition for the spotlight.
Last Monday-- a cloned calf was born at Virginia Tech's Vet school.
The 98- pound Holstein was produced at P-P-L Therapeutics in Blacksburg
essentially employing the same technique that was used to produce "Dolly".
The calf was named "Mr. Jefferson" in honor of his birth on President's Day
in Virginia.

Jury deliberations resumed this morning in the Abed case.
The jury spent two and a half hours Friday picking a foreman, and reviewing

The trial has entered its seventh week making it the longest criminal case

In competing budgets released last night, House and Senate budget writers

school, for the same price tag.
The proposed Roanoke Higher Education Center got NO help from either money
