now-deceased professor who might have had Ku Klux Klan ties.
That word came from Virginia Tech President Paul Torgersen.
Claudius Lee was an engineering professor who died in 19-62.
In the 18-96 Tech yearbook when he was a student, Lee called himself the
"Father of Terror" on a page devoted to the Klan.
Torgersen said two historians, including a Klan expert, concluded
the page probably didn't represent real Klan activity and may have been a
prank.

they provide overnight care.
The so-called "Peanut bill," in honor of a dog who died eight years ago, won
approval by the Senate Agriculture Committee.
Peanut died after his owner left him in a Fairfax County animal hospital,
