A shooting in Henry County leaves one man dead and his brother charged with
murder.

Police found Scott Alexander Stanley of Rocky Mount dead in his brother's
home last night--apparently shot several times.
Authorities believe an argument between Scott and his brother Jason Brent
Stanley may have led to the shooting.
Police arrested Jason and charged him with second degree murder.
Police also searched the home, seizing 596-gallons of moonshine, and two
vans allegedly used to transport whiskey.

This family has a history of run-ins with the law.
The shooting victim's father, "Dee" Stanley, has been arrested a number of
times for making moonshine in Franklin County.
And two years ago Dee was charged with shooting his son, Scott.

Tonight, Scott is dead.
This time his brother is charged in connection with the shooting.

Iraq.
That resolution would threaten some sort of consequence, possibly military

it's about oil, as Allen Pizzey reports from Baghdad.

teen-agers 18 and younger who light up a cigarette continue the habit on a
daily basis.
A group in Montgomery County is hoping to convince youngsters in the
Commonwealth to say no to smoking.
