SOT=03:44:03

((JOHN WARE/ROANOKE ATHLETIC CLUB; IF THEY DO IT PROPERLY THEN THE BODY WILL ADAPT. IF THEY DO IT IMPROPERLY THEN THE BODY JUST RESPONDS. SO IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO MAKE THE BODY CHANGE THE WAY IT LOOKS OR ACTS, YOU HAVE TO STRESS IT APPROPRIATELY.))
RUNS=:11

So what is the right way? The first thing is to begin behaving nutritionally. A person has to know how many calories the body needs and what percentage of nutrients are required on a daily basis.
SOT=04:24:30/03:44:41/04:26:43

((I EAT THREE MEALS A DAY. GOOD HEALTHY MEALS, CHICKEN, VEGETABLES. BUT ALSO AFTER I WORK OUT AND BEFORE I WORK OUT, I GET A PROTEIN SHAKE OR I EAT A PROTEIN BAR.)) THAT MEANS YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF PROTEIN, WHICH IS NOT HARD TO DO.)) ((SUZIN LICHTENSTEIN/NEW FITNESS; CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE IS JUST AS IMPORTANT FOR THE HEART. EVEN IF YOU'RE JUST TRYING TO GAIN MUSCLE. YOU STILL NEED TO MAKE IT LEAN MUSCLE.))
RUNS=:30

So the process to gaining weight is no more a one-size-fits-all plan than is losing weight.
