Carl and Rebecca McCloskey are suing the hospital for the death of their son John in 1994.
Now, the family of 41-year old Maura Patten is blaming the hospital for her death July 7th.
Patten had a severe respiratory disease and her family apparently called the hospital, fearing that she was near death.
Records from the hospital reportedly show that Patten received NO medical attention from July third, until she died four days later.
Patten's brother Ted claims the hospital quote--"let her rot"-unquote.

The mining of coal has been a primary source of employment for many Southwest Virginians.
But now there's another job opportunity-- prisons.
Scores of miners hoping to get out of the coalfields are seeking jobs at a new maximum-security prison in Wise County.
Over three thousand people have applied for 403 jobs at Red Onion State Prison... which will open in July.
Many applicants say that working with dangerous inmates won't be any riskier than going underground.
Another maximum-security prison is under construction at Big Stone Gap.
