37-year old Emmett Cressell, Junior was back in court yesterday morning after someone apparently spotted him talking to a prosecution witness.
Cressell was released on bond last week after agreeing to testify against co-defendant, Louis Ceparano.
The two are accused of burning and beheading a man, last summer.
The judge warned Cressell to stay away from the commonwealth's witnesses or he would risk losing his parent's property-- which was used to post bond.

The justice department may seek federal charges against the two to ensure they don't go free before turning 18.

A pentagon official says the Marine Corps has filed negligent homicide charges against four jet crew-men whose plane sliced a cable car in Italy.

The four men are also charged with involuntary manslaughter and dereliction of duty.
The E-A-6-B Prowler jet sliced through a cable supporting a gondola packed with skiers at an Italian Alpine resort.

Henry County Sheriff's Deputies continue the search this morning for two suspects who allegedly stole a car with a small child inside.
It happened Wednesday outside the Meadowgreen Mini Market on Route 220.
The mother left her one-year old in the car with the engine running while she went into the convenience store.
That's when the suspects took the car for a joyride, with the child inside.
The child was found unharmed in the abandoned car about ten minutes later.

A Washington and Lee University President is fuming over actions by the state Department of Corrections.

William Geimer says the state prison refused to allow Ronald Watkins to see his girlfriend in the hours before his Wednesday execution.
Geimer said he brought the woman to the Greensville Correctional Center but she was turned away for arriving after visiting hours.
The woman is also the mother of Watkins' 18 year old son.
Watkins was executed later that night for killing a Danville businessman.
A Department of Corrections spokesman said prison officials acted properly.

Emmett Cressell Junior will remain free on bond. He was back in court yesterday morning after someone apparently spotted him talking to a prosecution witness. Cressell and Louis Ceparano are accused of setting a man on fire and beheading him in Grayson County last summer.

The family of Danville killer Ronald Watkins says Virginia's Department of Corrections has some "senselessly cruel" policies.
The mother of Watkins' son was reportedly denied visitation before Watkins' execution Wednesday because she arrived 45 minutes late.
