6 Virginia Military Institute cadets are scheduled to face the school's Honor Court next week.
The proceedings will involve 3 freshmen cadets and the 3 senior cadets they accuse of beating them with belts.
The freshmen cadets face charges of lying because they initially denied the incidents occurred.

From 19-49 to 19-68 Arthur and Marie Noe had ten babies.

The NASCAR family lost of one of its early stars last night with the death of two time Winston Cup champ Tim Flock.
He died at his home after a brief battle with Liver and throat cancer.

Back in January, Flock was the life of the party at a Champions' dinner to commemorate the 50th anniversary of NASCAR.
Flock was named one of NASCAR's top 50 drivers and appeared to be in great health at the time.
But, in February he was diagnosed with the cancer.
He won the title in 1952 and 55. In 55 he won a record 19 poles.
He also ran 8 races with a monkey in his car.
Tim Flock was 73.

He faces a 324-thousand dollar lawsuit for allegedly breaking a contract.

According to court documents, the Washington quarterback signed a contract in '96 with Deck-America.
Apparently Frerotte agreed to tape a T-V commercial, promotional video and make personal appearances.

THe Q-B's attorney says the dispute was caused by scheduling problems and that Frerotte has already paid Deck-America the cost of the deck plus interest.
