Paula Jones will likely appeal.
That's the word from the Charlottesville-based Rutherford Institute that backed Jones in her fight against the President.
Yesterday a federal juge in Arkansas threw out Jones' sexual harassment lawsuit saying it falls far short of being worth a trial.
From Africa today President Clinton delcined to say little about the ruling accept that he was pleased by the judge's decision.
Meantime, win or lose special Kenneth Starr says his own criminal probe continues.
The Whitewater prosecutor continues to look into possible obstruction of justice and other crimes.

The sentence is in for the alleged U-V-A stalker.
24-year-old Christopher McAllister, a former U-V-A student, was sentenced to 65 years behind bars yesterday, with 32 years suspended.
McAllister was convicted of attempted rape and several break-ins during the 1994-95 school year at U-V-A.
He is already serving time in his home state of New Jersey after pleading guilty to several charges of rape and burglary there.

Eighty seven year old Maurice Papon (pa-PAWN') was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
The verdict came after a six-month trial -- the longest in France's history.

A Henry County high school teacher faces allegations that he had sex with a student.
Keith Doty (DOE-TEE) has been suspended from his job at Fieldale- Collinsville High School.
He faces five misdemeanor charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
School officials contacted the Henry County Sheriff's Office when they learned of Doty's alleged relationship with the 16 year old girl.
Doty was hired as a communications technology teacher in January, 1995.
