Attorneys for capital murder suspect Louis Ceparano have taken their latest steps in defending their client.

Ceparano is one of two defendants charged with the brutal murder of Garnett "G-P" Johnson.
Today Ceparano's attorney, Jimmy Turk, filed 11 motions in Grayson County Circuit Court.
He is asking for a gag order to be placed on the attorneys representing co-defendant Emmit Cressell, Junior.
Turk alleges the attorneys have disclosed information to the press that is quote blatantly misleading and false."
Turk has also asked that Commonwealth's Attorney J-D Bolt reveal his relationship with Cressell, his family and friends.
Cressell was recently released on bond after agreeing to testify against Ceparano.

Now researchers believe the hormone based therapy can cut the risk of these cancers in half among women at risk for the disease.

A boy learned the hard way that crime doesn't pay.

Jaminique Jackson got his arm stuck in a soda machine- while reportedly trying to steal a can of soda.
Firefighters worked for almost two hours cutting through the machine before they finally freed the boy.
Jaminique wasn't seriously hurt- but he's reportedly in big trouble with his mom who asked police to arrest her son to teach him a lesson.
