The native of Paraguay is scheduled to die tonight, but U-S Secretary of State Madeline Albright says Americans abroad may suffer consequences if Breard is executed.

She says the man then took her into the woods and forced her to have sex with him.
The suspect is described as a bearded man, six feet tall, 250 pounds, with brown and gray hair.
