There were alot of shaken drivers yesterday afternoon on Afton Mountain after a 65 car pileup.

The wreck started in heavy fog, when one car ran into the back of another, starting a chain reaction that lasted almost 20 minutes and injured 40 people.
East-bound I-64 was closed for four hours, as wreckers worked to clear the highway.
A state police video shows the condition of the cars and tractor trailers involved.
The victims' injuries ranged from cuts and scratches to a few broken bones.
State police say they're amazed no one was seriously hurt.

Crews were called out just before eight a-m Sunday, and arrived to find the home near Big Island engulfed in flames.

Authorities say John Lee left his two children in the trailer with his brother while he went to work.
Lee's brother and five- year- old son escaped the trailer when it caught fire, but his two- year- old daughter was trapped inside.

Federal investigators hope to know soon if a serial bomber is responsible for three separate attacks in Louisa County.

The federal bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms has sent pieces of three bombs that have killed one person and injured three others in Louisa since December to a lab in Maryland.
The latest bombings injured three people on Friday.

Meanwhile the condition of one of those injured last week is improving somewhat.
Doctors have upgraded Sabrina Johnson Brewer's condition from critical to serious.
She was injured Friday when a bomb exploded in a Louisa Pizza Hut parking lot.
Also on Friday, a bomb in a tackle box exploded inside a house in Mineral.
Two men were burned but they were not seriously hurt.

Police say the crash happened during the second day of the ''Air Show of the Stars.''
Two biplanes were performing acrobatics at 15-hundred feet when they collided.
The planes landed in an open field.
No one on the ground was hurt.
The weather was far from ideal for the air show.
The airport was recording steady 25 mile per hour winds with 30 mile per hour gusts.

Overnight, some of the astronauts began to put the guinea pigs on board through a series of sleep experiments. The tests are aimed at identifying what causes sleep problems -- in space and on Earth -- and to determine the effectiveness of sleep aids such as melatonin (mehl-uh-TOH'-nihn).
The shuttle looked like an amusement park at times yesterday.
One experiment involved shuttle crew members tossing around a one-pound ball, to study how the body's nervous system adjusts to weightlessness.

In Detroit, an autopsy is scheduled today for a pilot killed in crash during an airborne chase with federal customs agents.

The plane crashed into a baseball field, some 15 hundred miles after the chase began near the Mexican border.
Witnesses say some people ran to help, while others fled with bundles of marijuana as the pilot lay dying.
Authorities estimate the plane was carrying about 300 pounds of the drug.

Doctors have upgraded Sabrina Johnson Brewer's condition from critical to serious.

Also Friday morning a bomb in a tackle box exploded inside a house in Mineral.
Two men were burned but they were not seriously hurt.
