Two-year old Victoria Parker's body was found in her father's burning mobile home near Big Island.
Her five-year old brother and uncle fled the trailer- and both suffered burns.
The home belonged to John Lee, who had left his two children with his brother while he went to work.
Investigators say the blaze started in a recliner in the living room area.
The children's father told police he smoked a cigarette before leaving the house, but can't remember how he disposed of it.

The manager of the Revco store where Maurice Taylor was shot and killed by police three years ago now claims there were cover-ups in the investigation.
But attorneys for the town of Blacksburg say Paul Scarafino is NOT reliable.
Yesterday the attorneys responded to Scarafino's recollection of what happened.
(----------------)
[VO-NAT]
[SUPER=03-Blacksburg/August 9, 1995;]

Scarafino claims the facts surrounding Taylor's death were "covered up".
But according to papers filed in federal court Scarafino was interviewed at least twice by police and never mentioned any discrepancies.
Scarafino says police dragged Taylor's body from the spot where he initally fell and that Taylor's B-B gun was 12-feet away.
He also claims officers later asked him to clean up the blood and that he saw bullet holes in the floor tiles which police later had replaced.

Taylor's family is suing the town.
But the town's attorneys say Scarafino's comments should NOT be admitted because they don't have any relevance in determining whether excessive force was used.
