Crews were hanging out late in Roanoke, adding a touch of beauty to the star city.
A total of 331 baskets of flowers were hung on lamposts all over downtown.
They cost about 10,000 dollars and were donated by Valley Beautiful.
Flower baskets filled with lilies, geraniums and petunias, among other plants line six areas in downtown Roanoke including Church Avenue and Market Square.
