died overnight. the suspect, kipland kinkel, was a high school freshman, he

a 15 year old soon to be charged was an adult.

At Kinkel's home, the mystery only deepened, and so did the
danger. Police say the boy who liked collecting guns and amo, liked making
explosives as well. Bomb squad crews spent their second day in a row disarming home-made devices hidden all over the house.
One of them so big crews had only one way to get it out.
A team of counselors replaced much of the teaching faculty in
springfield today. a place of learning that had become a place of killing, was
now attempting to become a place of healing.

Hedrick and another man abducted Lisa Yvonne Crider, drove to Appomattox County then shot her and left her for dead.
After getting the death penalty, Hedrick said he'd rather die than spend the rest of his life in prison.
