Closing arguments begin today in the sentencing of convicted murderer Brandon Wayne Hedrick.

Allegheny County officials say federal funds will help to clean up an County landfill. The Environmental Protection Agency has earmarked the money to clean up the Kim-stan landfill.
Residents near the Kim-Stan landfill have fought for years to get the site on the Superfund cleanup list.
The 24-acre dump was closed 8 years ago after leaking into ponds and the Jackson River.

The Browns lost their 17-year old son, Matthew, in a single-car accident last July.

The Sheriff concedes the connection with the First Lady is mainly political. He and the Governor are both Republicans.
However, Mrs. Gilmore warmed to the project quickly.

That company came up with a chemically-treated towelette and a chemically-coated label that combine to reveal a fingerprint.
The label is then ironed on to clothing and is washable.
It's now only available in samples.
