An Amherst County man apparently pulled out a shotgun after a game of horseshoes last night -- killing one man and wounding two others.
Police say 29-year old Kenneth Branham of Monroe killed 43-year old Richard Eubank of Amherst.
They say he also wounded Bobby Beverly of Monroe and Ricky McDaniel of Buena Vista.
Beverly is in critical condition at Lynchburg General Hospital.

If it hasn't happened to you, it's probably happened to someone you know.
"Phone slamming" is one of the fastest growing scams in America.
