Willie Caldwell says investigators should be looking for a link between his accusers and the fire.

And the Fire Department is still investigating the cause of the blaze.
Last night the city released the name of the last of the five fire victims.
Walter Bernard Green was identified from fingerprints.

A man who was shot in the head yesterday in Lynchburg has been released from Lynchburg General Hospital.
41-year old David Robertson was in a car near a convenience store in the 36-hundred block of Montridge Place when he and a friend were confronted by four other men, one of whom pulled out a gun and fired into the car.
Robertson was shot in the side of the head.
Police have not made any arrests.

The Amherst County man accused of shooting three men after a game of horseshoes faced a court arraignment yesterday.

29-year old Kenneth Branham was arraigned on a murder charge yesterday.
He's also charged with two counts of malicious wounding.
Branham and the other men allegedly got into an argument after the game of horeshoes.
Police say he pulled a shotgun from his car and opened fire, killing 43-year old Richard Eubank, and critically wounding Bobby Beverly.
A third man was also hit by gunfire. Ricky McDaniel was treated and released from the hospital.

The line has run into little opposition in West Virginia.

That won't happen until the end of the year, at the earliest.
