16 teenagers spent the day in court for throwing a party and trashing a Roanoke doctor's house while he was away.

They did 13-thousand-dollars worth of damage to Michael Meyers' Roanoke County home.
One boy stole the house keys from Meyers' 15-year-old son, then invited a crowd over when the Meyers left for Thanksgiving vacation.

then drank the family's champagne and wine, ate the food, took out the boat and the car, and stole camping equipment.
Ten were charged with felonies -- but the judge dropped almost all the charges down to misdemeanors.
