The investigation continues into a sewage leak in the Roanoke River.
Meanwhile, a local fisherman says he told officials about the leak months ago.

Roanoke, Roanoke County and Salem are building a 30-million-dollar sewer replacement facility.
Officials say the current system has too many customers, and that's what caused the overflow.

But others hike down to the exact site of the sewage spill, unafraid.

The health department says fishermen should stay on the bank and avoid touching this water -- although cooking the fish should kill bacteria.
