Fisher was driving a pick-up truck that collided with a car last May in Elliston.

Fisher also pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana.
He could face eleven years in prison when sentenced in August.

The Roanoke police officers involved in an arrest in 19-93 each used the term "choke hold" to describe what happened.
They managed to subdue 20- year old Eric Scott Lee, but he died... of asphixiation.
