An 18-year old woman was seriously injured in a traffic accident today in Bedford County.
Police believe the teen is a graduate of Liberty High School.
The accident happened along Langford Mills Road around 1 p-m.
Authorities say she apparently sped down a curve, lost control of her car, and rolled down a 50 foot embankment.
Police say the teen suffered injuries to her chest.
She was flown to Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
A 20-year old man and two boys in the car had minor injuries.
Police are not releasing the driver's name and her condition is not known.

Seven families were left homeles last month after a fire broke out in a Roanoke apartment building.
Now, it appears a 40-year old man is being charged with arson in connection with that fire.

Officials at that time described the fire as "suspicious".

The U-S Marines and Navy Seabees performed nearly 300-thousand dollars' worth of renovations on the camp.
It was part of the military groups' training and the county's effort to raise funds for the "Rekindle the Glow" campaign.

The former YMCA facility is being restored for use as a residential camp.

Brandon Lacroix continues to lead the Roanoke Valley Hall of fame. Lacroix shot a 75 yesterday at the Waters Edge for a total of 144 two shots better than Jake Allison, who shot an even par 72.
Nick Varney and Matt Mankin are tied for third at 147.
Dot Bolling is the leader after the women's first round. Bolling shot a 4 over par 76 for a three shot lead on Ann Kite of the Waters Edge.
The final round is set for the Botetourt Country Club today.
