At about 11, crews were called to a structure fire at the motel on Route 460 west of Bedford.
Smoke and flames were pouring from the office area of the building when the first crews arrived.
Firefighters were able to contain the blaze to the west end of the building.
They say the fire started in the roof over the motel office, but no cause has been determined.

Authorities are questioning the stability of the bridge- the bridge is closed until repairs can be made.

A witness who testified in court said Crook was holding what appeared to be a small handgun when he shot Michael Durham inside the car they were riding in.

But Crook's attorney says that's one avenue he's exploring.
