More jobs are coming to Rockbridge County thanks to a joint venture between Modine (MO-DEEN) Manufacturing Company and Daikin (DYE-KEEN) Industries.

The tornado struck nine miles northeast of Columbus, Nebraska last night.
Two people were hospitized- About 15 to 20 others suffered minor injuries.

Olowokandi is the son of a Nigerian diplomat.

The 5'10", 233 pound fullback was a first team all Blue Ridge district and a second team all region selection this past season for the Vikings. He rushed for one thousand, 40 yards on 211 carriers and scored ten touchdowns.
Ferrum's coaching staff has indicated to Xavier that he could start and get as many as 20 carries a game as a freshman in the Panthers wing T offense.

This Alabama duck has four legs.
Daniel the duck has the usual two, plus two more growing out of a joint on his left leg.
They don't seem to hinder Daniel.
He has no trouble getting around, walking or swimming.
His owner says the other ducks don't seem to even notice Daniel's extra appendages.
