Roanoke police are now confirming that a deadly apartment fire in May was probably set in revenge for a murder just hours before.

No one has been charged with setting the fire but investigators say they're focusing on several people who may have sought revenge for the death of Jones.

Just after five, Campbell County deputies were called to this home in the Happy Valley subdivision near Rustburg.
Authorities say the boy got a hold of a gun and accidentally shot his one-year old sister in the head.
The child was taken to Lynchburg General Hospital where she died.
Sheriff Robert Maxey says it will be up to the commonwealth's attorney to decide whether the parents should face criminal charges.

Dallas-based Trammell Crow will pay 39-million dollars for Faison and Associates, one of the largest commercial real-estate agencies in the Southeast.
