Jerry McClendon was smothered to death at his home near the Little Creek Naval Base in Virginia Beach.
He shared the home with Deshazo and Deshazo's girlfriend.
The victim's decomposed body was found in a wooded area of Henry County.

She and her boyfriend, Jens Soering hatched a plot to eliminate her folks, because they dispproved of their relationship.
Soering and Haysom were both Jefferson scholars at the University of Virginia.
Soering is still appealing his murder conviction and double life sentence.

Grossberg's former Boyfriend, Brian Peterson received a two year sentence.
It was 1996 when Grossberg delivered the baby in a Delaware motel- the body was thrown in a dumpster outside.
