Cressell is accused of burning and beheading Garnett "G-P" Johnson in Elk Creek, last summer.
He was originally charged with first degree murder and later released on bond after agreeing to testify against co-defendant, Louis Ceparano.
But the tables quickly turned for Cressell after Ceparano recently entered a plea.
In exchange for life in prison, Ceparano agreed to testify against Cressell who was then charged with capital murder.
Yesterday-- Cressell's attorneys argued their client should be granted bond because he did NOT try to flee when previously released.
