Legal sources say Monica Lewinsky has turned over to prosecutors a dress that she says bears proof of a sexual encounter with President Clinton.
One source says prosecutors are likely to run forensic tests on the garment.
The dress could become a key piece of physical evidence in the investigation of an alleged presidential affair and coverup.
Meanwhile, senior aides say Mr. Clinton is ready to repeat his denial of any sexual relations with Lewinsky during his videotaped testimony next month.

Virginia's so-called partial-birth abortion bill is still on the books after a legal battle yesterday.
A federal appeals court has allowed the July first ban on late-term abortions to stay in effect.
That's until a judge can hear arguments on its Constitutional merits next month.
A three judge panel of the Fourth U-S Circuit Court of Appeals split its decision 2-to-1 yesterday.

The law goes to trial August 18th.[Willow-River]
