Attorneys for Paula Johnson say they will file suit against the U-V-A Medical Center, claiming the hosptial should be held financially responsible for the mix-up of two newborns in 1995.
On the heels of that announcement comes another mother claiming that the hospital's identification process is NOT foolproof.

The Virginia Society for Human Life has waged a five year court battle, saying members should be able to hand out voter brochures without registering as a political committee.
The federal court of appeals has finally ruled that ONLY groups that campaign for or against a specific candidate must register.
That does not apply to the Virginia Society for Human Life since it addresses issues, not candidates.
