Meet Tina Rutherford, who lives just a few miles from Johnson in Greene County.

The Virginia Society for Human Life has waged a five year court battle, saying members should be able to hand out voter brochures without registering as a political committee.
The federal court of appeals has finally ruled that ONLY groups that campaign for or against a specific candidate must register.
That does not apply to the Virginia Society for Human Life since it addresses issues, not candidates.
