Neighbors heard the blast.

36- year old Jeffrey Dwayne Cook was apprehended near the Dublin Police department, which is adjacent to the First National Bank.
Police say Cook was wearing a Dr. Seuss type hat when he entered the bank around nine- forty and placed a bag on the counter and demanded cash.
But the teller did NOT hand over any money and Cook fled on foot.
He was arrested less than 10- minutes later by a Pulaski County sheriff's deputy.
