The medical examiner says a man found dead in his RV in Roanoke County this weekend was strangled.
Police say a shirt was wrapped around the neck of 49-year-old Charles Mandakis, Senior, of Roanoke.
The man's body was discovered in his vehicle on Route 220, near the Franklin/Roanoke County line.
The case is under investigation; detectives can't say for sure yet that Mandakis was murdered.
