The public may gets its first look at Kenneth Starr's report tomorrow.
Tonight, some committee members in the House voted to release it.
But, tomorrow, all members of the House will get a chance to vote on the issue.
Meanwhile, there are reports that Starr outlines a "pattern of lies" regarding the President's behavior-- and spells out some detailed evidence that prosecutors believe will show the President is guilty of perjury, obstruction of justice, witness tampering and abuse of power.

The group met tonight with a largely receptive crowd in Villa Heights.

Most seemed willing to welcome the Habitat homes.
Their only concern is the site -- at Massachusetts and Aspen streets...
Where some neighbors say building more homes could lead to an already bad flooding problem.

Meanwhile, there have been some developments in the West View Terrace controversy.
That's where Habitat had planned to build 32-houses...

At a press conference tomorrow morning, the city will announce a deal to buy the land from Habitat.

News-7 has learned the city will pay 352-thousand dollars for the West View Terrace property.
